But However much it is, we commit to dedicating at least this over the course of each month helping you develop low cost, high impact strategies to help meet your business goals. All we ask you to invest your time, necessary to implementing and making the strategies happen, in fact we’ll hold you to it in weekly update meetings!
Once we have identified and researched a suitable marketing opportunity, well discuss it with you. We’ll identify the work involved to ensure you have the resource available and outline possible additional cost (if any). We’ll agree a test, and the mechanism to measure it’s success.
Not everything will work. Those that do, will become core strategies, that routinely get tested, to ensure continued return of investment. Our aim is to get multiple strategies, running concurrently over the proceeding months.
For every new client we spend an initial day with you. This is at no additional cost, it is part of our investment in you and our ongoing relationship.

We discover your marketing goals and ambitions. Your markets, your customers. What’s worked and what hasn’t in the past.
We’ll spend time on conversation rates, how many enquiries we need to generate together to give you the number of customers you want.

How important the web and internet are for your business, and whether you are getting return on any investment already made in these areas.
From this will come the first thoughts and ideas, some of which will be generated by you and your team as a result of the discovery day.
We then have the initial effective relationship marketing plan. We can use this to agree on first steps, what’s lowest cost but highest impact. The plan will change and evolve over time as we help you introduce new strategies and techniques.
This programme uses coaching principals, it is not consultancy. This means that you will need to do much of the work. We’ll teach you the tools and the ways to build and implement successful, low cost marketing strategies to build your business. It’s up to you to put them in to place, but we'll be there with you every step of the way.
